NES Advantage (NES), a global leader in managed service provider (MSP) and recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) workforce solutions, is pleased to announce its RPO partnership with MODEC, a leading provider of offshore oil and gas floating solutions. This partnership marks a significant milestone as MODEC expands its operations into Malaysia.

MODEC has announced its plan to establish a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This expansion demonstrates MODEC's commitment to extending its capabilities and services to support its clients while leveraging the diverse talent pool in the region. The new office, a subsidiary of Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd., a MODEC group company, will create over 200 new positions across Engineering, Procurement, Contracts, IT, Finance and HR by early 2025. To support this growth, NES has appointed a dedicated team to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions.

Soichi Ide, President and CEO of Offshore Frontier Solutions Pte. Ltd., expressed his excitement, stating:

"This expansion signifies our commitment to growth, innovation, and leveraging the diverse talent pool in the region. We are excited about this significant milestone in MODEC’s growth journey. The new office will be part of a regional strategic hub that will provide high-quality and high-value support for our EPCI execution. In addition to a team of personnel who will be relocating from Singapore, we will be hiring new resident talent to the team in Kuala Lumpur to augment local efforts. We are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive talent pool to meet our client’s needs and support our business growth.”
