Aker Solutions takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production Aker Solutions ensures safe operations, optimizes field utilization, and enables field life-extensions. We do business development and execute modifications and maintenance projects. There is a global trend towards decarbonization, and we aim to help our customers to decarbonize their operations and measure their emissions to manage them more efficiently, for instance by delivering brownfield electrification of existing offshore facilities. Now we explore opportunities in the aftermarket for renewables, to deliver offshore maintenance for the renewable sector when the market is ready. Aker Solutions employs approximately 11,000 people in more than 20 countries.

What will you be doing?
- Discipline responsible commissioning engineer
- Create and maintain MC/Comm-tie ins
- Maintain Master P&ID sets for MC/Comm system interfaces
- Coordination of MC activities towards sub-contractors
- Follow-up of sub-contractors assisting in commissioning
- Commissioning preparations (procedures, job cards)
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Do you have a MSc, BSc, Technical College, or other relevant education and experience
- An EIT engineer with a minimum of 3 years' experience or similar work experience within completion.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in oil and gas.
- Field experience, preferably trade certificate.
- Process understanding and extensive knowledge about compressors.
- Familiar with work procedures in all disciplines.
- Broad experience with MIPS as a tool.
- Experience with mechanical completion and commissioning from maintenance/modification projects.
- Result oriented, good collaboration skills, responsible, ability to drive work processes and coordinate activities.
- Strong HSSE focus and ability to meet projects requirements and expectations.
- Candidates need knowledge about TIME and MIPS.
- Certification is prerequisite.
- Available for work in Norway
- Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
