What Will You Be Doing?
- Developing project schedules: Establish and develop project execution schedules across all project phases, ensuring alignment with resources and planning strategy.
- Ensuring compliance: Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with project requirements and company procedures.
- Collaboration: Work across multiple disciplines to support effective planning and successful project execution.
Qualifications We Think You Should Have:
- Educational background: MSc, BSc, Technical College, or similar relevant experience.
- Planning experience: Ability to understand detailed project scope and manage a variety of disciplines within planning.
- SAS/Commissioning expertise: Experience in SAS or Commissioning is an advantage; training in planning will be provided.
- Problem-solving: Ability to tackle complex situations using skills from various disciplines to develop holistic solutions.
- Collaborative mindset: Strong team-player with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive attitude: Transparent, honest, and predictable in interactions with teams and clients.
- HSSE commitment: Focus on Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) in all aspects of the work.
- Software skills: Experience with planning software such as Safran Project and Primavera P6 is beneficial. Proficiency in Office 365 and other common IT tools.
- Language skills: Good communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Location: Must be available to work in Norway.
