Planner - Construction

As Aker Solutions’ global recruitment partner NES Advantage is now looking for:
Planner – Construction with experience in onshore or offshore projects.
 
Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.
 
What will you be doing?

• Oversee project schedules for all construction phases
• Plan and manage resource needs and people density on modules
• Ensure activities meet project requirements and company procedures
• Implement efficiency improvements with a focus on digitalization
• Monitor progress and budgets, and report to stakeholders
• Handle schedule changes and perform re-scheduling as needed
• Analyze consequences of changes and delays

 
Qualifications we think you should have:

• You are fluent in Norwegian and English
• You have experience with industry planning software like Safran Project and Primavera P6
• You are skilled in method and execution systems like MIPS
• You have a knack for handling complex situations and developing holistic solutions
• You are a team player with a proactive and transparent attitude
• You are committed to HSSE in projects
• You have good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Inventor, MIPS, and E3D
