The project is led from Stord and operates in 14/21 day rotation. Start-up is 01.04.2025
Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.
What will you be doing?
- Plan, organize, and execute completions activities in line with project procedures.
- Ensure HSE aspects are thoroughly assessed and followed up.
- Contribute to budget and cost management for completions discipline.
- Develop and manage relevant procedures and work instructions.
- Lead and perform completions activities in your assigned area.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- Technical/Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal education).
- Strong knowledge of work processes within the relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with EPC processes in Topside, Facilities, or Renewables segments.
- Proficiency in tools like MIPS, MS Office 365, PCS (Pims, ProCoSys), and Autodesk Simulate.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in Norwegian language is desirable.
- Previous experience with Aker Solutions is an advantage.
