Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. This position will be responsible for the company's financial strategic planning, capital market operations, and financial statement signing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy to ensure financial health and sustainable growth.
- Manage capital market operations, including financing, investment, and capital structure optimization.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and be responsible for signing them.
- Collaborate with internal and external audit institutions to ensure transparency and accuracy of financial reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Lead and manage the finance team, enhancing their professional capabilities and work efficiency.
- Extensive experience in capital markets, familiar with financing, investment, and capital structure management.
- Qualified and experienced in signing financial statements.
- Fluent in English, capable of professional financial communication and reporting.
- Experience working in publicly listed companies, understanding relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or related fields; CPA or relevant professional qualifications preferred.
