The project is led from Stord.
Aker Solutions’ New Build segment delivers oil & gas and renewables offshore developments and fabrication products, mainly focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf and selective international markets. The segment is responsible for large EPCI projects, both within oil and gas and renewables, including business development and project execution, typically large topsides including fixed or floating substructures, onshore facilities, FPSOs offshore wind HVDC topside and jackets, offshore aquaculture floaters and decommissioning and recycling.
What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dedicated Carry Over Work Coordinator to manage the seamless transition of tasks from our external yard to our internal yard.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the carry over work process from the external yard to the internal yard.
- Following up on the Punch List to ensure all tasks are completed.
- Monitoring the Hold Register to track and resolve any issues.
- Managing the job carding process for carry over work.
Qualifications we think you should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, but if you have relevant experience and the right attitude, we would like to hear from you.
- Experience in PIMS and/or MIPS. We can provide training in MIPS.
- Experience from EPCI projects.
- Multidiscipline knowledge.
- A team spirit, but at the same time be able to work individually and take responsibility for your own tasks.
- Fluency in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.
